They started by ensuring we had a good home, not just one the we could get accepted for. From there they assisted in writing up a fair but winning offer that lead to us being selected by the sellers. After the offer was accepted, they wasted no time and immediately started communications with our lender. This made the process of achieving the clear to close practically stress free. I’d recommend their services to anyone I know and will use them again in my future endeavors.

His communication was excellent despite working with a selling agent with poor communication. He brought several excellent points of advice into the process that helped me consider multiple aspects of the financial side of the purpose.
